The process begins with an initial consultation where we discuss your needs and goals. After that, we draft a proposal outlining the scope, timeline and cost. Once approved, we move forward with research, design and prototyping.

We work with the latest tools and apps. We use Figma for our main design editor, interactive prototype and developer hand-off.We use Notion for Project Management, Zoom & Slack for communication and the Adobe suite for presentations and various visuals.

Who will be involved in the design process?

At ElevenSpace we allocate 2 designers for each project. We brainstorm and challenge each idea and we view it from different angles and experience to determine the best workflow for your solution. We take design seriously: that's why we assign senior experts to every project. We're committed to crafting intuitive solutions that are not only user-friendly but also boast award-winning designs.

How do you handle client feedback and revisions?

We value client feedback and incorporate it at every stage, during weekly meetings.
We typically offer up to three rounds of revisions per project to ensure the final product meets your expectations.

How fast can we get started?

From the initial call, determining if we are a good fit and signing the contract, it can take at most one week for us to get started working on your project.

What is your pricing structure?

We know you appreciate predictability. After we understand the requirements, you will receive an estimation with the total cost and time.
We split the pricing into 3 parts: advance stage, intermediary stage and final stage with a 40/30/30 distribution.
