The platform was losing existing customers and failed to convert new paying users. They were losing in the favour of other platforms that looked more modern and were optimised for the ideal user experience of their customer.
solution

We revamped the logistic dashboard to provide a more intuitive experience and transparent by prioritising features and connecting the digital system with the real world. We improved existing features and added new ones based on user feedback and insights.

The project involved a wide range of UX and UI design activities: in-depth research, development of user flows, wireframe creation, idea validation, design of visual assets, prototype testing & culminating in the development of the product.

Our goal extended beyond the first-impression. We aimed to understand user needs and elevate user satisfaction, as reflected in glowing reviews. This empowered the sales department, providing them with a polished product that would intrigue potential users, sparking their interest in exploring the capabilities through a demo request.
