challenge
The current platform doesn't support a lot of the functionalities necessary to enable a complete team recruiting process. The overall experience for employees and employers feels outdated, most of the processes are manual and done on paper. The platform doesn’t support the feature to browse jobs or search, filter and sort based on specific criteria, save and apply to jobs or receive personalised offers. The details of a candidate's CV are stored locally, offline making the matching of the corresponding talent with the job: a very slow and manual process.
solution

We created for Teamly a dashboard app the simplifies the job application process, allowing users to easily search and apply for relevant job opportunities with minimal effort. The app also uses AI (Artificial Intelligence) to form teams for longer term engagements.

process
The project involved a wide range of UX and UI design activities: in-depth research, development of user flows, wireframe creation, idea validation, design of visual assets, prototype testing & culminating in the development of the product.

We explored different paths to take and picked up loads of great feedback along the way. Right from the start, it was obvious that making the user experience the best it could be was our number one priority. By tuning into the hopes and hang-ups of our ideal users, we crafted key features that hit the mark, even weaving this magic into the A.I. experience to make it all the more special.
