challenge
Most project management tools are overloaded with unnecessary features that often go unused. Even more concerning, their confusing interfaces lead to overwhelming user experiences and high drop-off rates.
solution

We designed Workflow dashboard app to simplify project management, enabling users to effortlessly create and complete tasks with minimal effort. The app also offers easy-to-use collaboration features, ensuring everyone stays aligned on project tasks.

We began this project by defining the ‘happy path’ for the ideal user, then developed interactive prototypes and applied design system guidelines to all screens. Through user feedback, we identified and prioritized a set of key features for development. The start-up is now financing the development of the web app.
